The answers to some of our most common questions relating to our getDigital workshops.
How many people can attend a workshop?
Virtual workshops work best for groups of up to 7 attendees. Face to face group workshops work best for 10-12 attendees. Our bespoke workshop can be tailored so please get in touch to discuss further.
Where are the workshops based?
Virtual workshops can be available from anywhere in the world with internet access. For bespoke workshops we can come to your offices or a location of your choice. Please refer to the individual workshop pages for the location of our next face to face group workshops.
How long is a workshop?
Typically the duration of each workshop is 4 hours. Bespoke workshops may vary depending on the group size and specific requirements.
Do you provide learning support after the workshop?
All participants are provided with workbooks, relevant templates and guides, as well access to our private getDigital Facebook community for additional support.
How do I book a workshop?
All our group workshops are available to book online. Workshop spaces cannot be held without payment in full. Spaces are limited, so sign up early! Bespoke workshop details can be provided during the initial consultation before taking a deposit – refer to the bespoke workshop page to book in your consultation.
Do I need any specific devices, equipment, or apps prior to the workshop?
The equipment and apps needed for each workshop varies, so please refer to the course description. Once you register, you’ll receive a list of the devices, equipment or apps you’ll need for the workshop.
What happens if I am unable to attend a workshop?
If you are unable to attend a workshop, please let us know as soon as possible.
If a face to face workshop is cancelled with at least 14 days notice or a virtual workshop with at least 24 hours notice before the course start date, it is possible to transfer your course fee / deposit to another course.
Course fees are non-refundable. No refunds can be made to those who fail to attend a course in full or in part.
You may send someone in your place, in which case we will need their contact details (name, address, e-mail address and telephone number) in advance so that arrangements can be made where possible, and confirmation details can be passed on.
What happens if getDigital cancels a workshop?
getDigital reserves the right to cancel any course at short notice. In this event you will be notified as soon as possible and you will be offered a full refund, or you may transfer to an alternative date. We do not accept liability for travel or other costs.
